  • On-Site Visit

    This 30–60 minute meeting is your chance to share ideas, go over pain points, and walk through your property, with one of our expert landscape supervisors. We recommend having all decision-makers at this meeting and if a design fee applies, that will be discussed up front.

    • We’ll review your goals, materials, and style preferences
    • Talk through your budget
    • Take measurements and gather the info needed for the next step

  • Design & Estimate Phase

    Depending on the scope of your project, we’ll move into the design phase. If a custom design is required, a design fee will be discussed and collected before work begins.

    • Irrigation estimates can often be turned around within 24-48 hours.
    • Hardscape or full installs typically follow a two-part estimate: rough pricing in about two weeks, and a full 3D design, if applicable and final pricing within four weeks. During this time, you’ll also be reviewing and selecting materials.

  • Review Your Estimate

    For projects that include a custom design, such as patios, retaining walls, or full outdoor living spaces, we’ll schedule an on-site presentation to walk you through the visual rendering and full proposal. For straightforward projects like irrigation, sod, lighting, or plantings, you’ll receive a clear, detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing.

  • Contract & Agreement

    Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll lock in your start window. You’ll receive updates about permits, utilities, or any prep work needed as your start date approaches.

  • Installation Phase

    Before we begin, you’ll get a detailed prep guide explaining how to get your property ready for a successful project.

    • You’ll get an estimated timeline for completion (weather permitting)
